Quickdraw Conveyor Drive Options

DRIVE OPTIONS

DC Drive
Quickdraw^® conveyors feature DC brushless motors controlled by a driver card operating at 24 VDC. This combination offers high reliability, variable speed, selectable direction, and PLC or relay control in a low voltage compact package. Users may select one of Quickdraw^® NEMA rated control boxes in 1, 2, 3, 4 (or custom) driver formats ready for control of the conveyors, or may purchase driver cards separately, implementing them in their own controls enclosure.

AC Drive
As an option to 24 VDC brushless operation, AC motors are available in either fixed speed (the most economical conveyor package) or variable speed configurations. Listed below are some common fixed speed AC motor gear ratios and their line speeds. Other speeds are available, contact a Quickdraw Applications Engineer with your load, speed, and power (220/110 VAC, 50/60 Hz) requirements for more information.
